The National Association of REALTORS® is America’s largest trade association, representing 1.4 million members, including NAR’s institutes, societies, and councils, involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries.

Our membership is composed of residential and commercial brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers, counselors, and others engaged in the real estate industry. Members belong to one or more of approximately 1,200 local associations/boards and 54 state and territory associations of REALTORS®.

GAR has created the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Task Force to evaluate and implement a long-term strategic plan to manage, integrate and sustain efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within Georgia REALTOR®. The task force will work to raise awareness of the organization’s goals to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership and membership, while facilitating an Association-wide discussion about how GAR can become the diverse, inclusive community of members it envisions.
